Risk management
Risk management is done on the portfolios of our investor´s to ensure that all "what if" scenarios are covered.
Portfolio risk is split by limiting the number of properties owned by a specific trust in the portfolio, and a family trust is used to protect movable assets.
Trusts also have an Independent Trustee to ensure that the court cannot view the trust as an extension of the individual. However some risks remain.
Life cover, disability cover and income protection owned by the family trust will ensure that the portfolio remains financially intact even under unforeseen circumstances.
