Newco can act as bond originator for applications to all four major banks in South Africa. To apply for a bond the complete application form can be filled out online for all applicants and then be submitted with the required supporting documents uploaded.
Newco portfolio management clients can apply for bonds by logging into their profile, and the application process is also initiated automatically when a property listed on this site is bought with the option using finance.
Bond origination is provided free of charge provided our screening process to identify infeasible applications is passed.
